People over for dinner - quick and easy recipes please!

Due to some bad planning we have people coming over for dinner tomorrow and I won't get home until 8pm. I will have an hour or so at home during the day but apart from that, not much time to prepare.

So something that is quick to throw together last minute that won't look like crap. There will be 5 of us - and Veggie please!

Might end up a Domino's!

This Red Onion tart tatin is my go to 'need something quick and veggie' option when entertaining. Can be prepped in advance and looks pretty impressive, really tasty too. I usually serve with some roasted baby potatoes and a green salad or veg.

I would do something like puff pastry ( ready made obviously ) topped with goats cheese, grilled red peppers, red onions and spinach, cooked in the oven for about 20 mins

not just red peppers all coloured peppers that should've said.
