What can I do with a lamb neck?

Or rather, what can DP do with a lamb neck, as he does the cooking (I do everything else, unfortunately).

He's a good cook but isn't sure what to do with it, we bought a whole lamb for the freezer so it was included.

Thanks in advance Smile

Curry with yellow split peas or stew. Leave the meat on the bone as the gravy will be lovely.

If fillet, chop it up and marinade or toss in Nigel slater recipe sludge made from olive oil, lemon juice, grainy mustard, capers, mint and parsley ( tho we substitute with coriander leaves). Is so good flash fried then serve with rest of sauce/marinade.
