Frozen chicken

Forgot to take some frozen chicken breasts out the freezer to defrost overnight, is there any other safe way I could defrost them to use tonight?

I defrost meat in the microwave. Not killed anyone yet!

Take them out of the packet and place in a freezer bag. Make sure it's sealed.
Submerge in cold water.
It speeds up the defrosting.
The smaller the pieces, the quicker it'll defrost so every now and again slice them up and resubmerge.
