What can I do with chicken drumsticks/legs?

I did an Asda online shop today, and I had asked for chinese already cooked chicken drumsticks. Instead they sent me plain ones that havent been cooked, and still have their skins on, and there are five of them.

Any ideas on what I can do with them, and I cant use a bbq anytime soon, so Im afraid thats out of the question

Marinate them in your own spices and oils and just cook them in the oven. Not sure how long for - maybe 20 minutes? I am sure someone else on MN will know that bit.

Or pull all the meat off and have in a curry/chinese/pasta dish.

Bet you your own will be a lot nicer than the chinese ones.

I'd score the skin with a sharp knife and then marinade them in honey or maple syrup or an olive oil and lemon mixture and then rub them with b.pepper and crushed rock salt.
You can really just marinade them in pretty much anything in your cupbords that sound nice.

Tell you what list what spices you have already, anything you think might work and we'll work out a marinade, spice rub with things you already have in your cupboard save you buying extra stuff.

chuck them in the oven in a baking tray with onions and red peppers (if you've got them) and olive oil - you can soften the onion and peppers first in a frying pan. I season mine with loads of Jamaican jerk seasoning (dry or marinade). Don't be afraid of the spices! Cook them at about 180 for about 45 min/I hr (I think, I'm not too good with times). Chicken's always best falling off the bone in my book - so 20 mins doesn't sound anything like enough to me. You need plenty of oil so they don't dry up. Have them with rice or rice and peas.

PS 5 drumsticks wouldn't last long in this house
