Are ready meals and frozen food the same?

Im 35 weeks pregnant and have just eaten turkey dinosaurs. I put them on for 10-11 minutes and left them in the oven for a few minutes even though it had turned off when the timer went. They were soft and not at all burnt or crispy, i cut them all in the midde and they were hot but once i'd eaten them I realized how soft they actually were so now im panicking they werent cooked. They were white as well.
I googled it and it said listeria happens when ready meals arent cooked properly. I've always thought of ready meals as microwave meals but when i googled what a ready meal actually was, it said something like "a meal in pre cooked form that only requires heating". Well surely frozen food like turkey burgers are pre cooked and only need heating? Im so scared ive given myself and my son listeria. Can someone please shed some light on this?

If they were hot in the middle I'd say you'll be fine, I'd also say it's probably quite unlikely you'd get listeria from something like that anyway.
