Anyone tried the Green and Blacks cookbook?

I made the chocolate and brazil nut cookies earlier, and now have the butter biscuits in the oven. I'm finding the mixture is coming out really sloppy tho, and I'm having to add a lot more flour - anyone else find this?
Would recomend the cookies though, I was a bit doubtful about wholemeal flour, but they are yummy.

The cookies are good. I've done their chocolate courgette cake (only changed the flour to mostly wholemeal), and it came out very well, too.

I nipped out to the shop while the biscuits were in the oven, got stuck in traffic and they burnt to a crisp. Will have to try again later. The kids were looking forward to decorating them.
