Just that, really. I love pumpkin and sunflower seeds especially, but am really unsure where's the best place to go to buy them.

Does anyone have any good tips please?

Seeds available in Lidl, both mixed and separate for example sunflower and pumpkin. Pine nuts are not a regular item in stock and can be expensive with a short shelf life.

Nuts also available in Lidl - brazils, walnuts, cashews, hazelnuts, pecans all available alone plus they have a Mixed Nuts bag as well.

I buy my nuts (almonds, pistachios, walnuts, cashews) in Aldi as well as my linseeds and the price is better than in the supermarkets - you can get some really good deals over the internet though especially if you are buying large quantities

If you need to buy them in the supermarkets though then always check out the ethnic/world foods section as sometimes the nuts there are cheaper than those you get in the normal aisle
