I'm a tad skint this week and totally out of ideas for what to make for dinners. Totally not helped by the fact I'm vegan and 1 of the DC genuinely thinks they're allergic to green food!
Does anyone have any ideas please? Already got pasta bake planned and trying to think up ways to use up all the random lentils/taco shells etc without the kids realising they're healthy! I'm well used to main different meals for us, but do draw the line at anything that involves cutting up fresh meat!
