My mum's asked me to make 'some little cakes' for her 70th birthday party on Sunday. Little cakes aren't really my forte - I've made and decorated cakes for the kids' parties but they don't seem sophisticated enough for a 70th, somehow. So I've thought of doing a couple of trays of brownies. And now I'm stuck for a recipe. Can anyone share a tried and tested rich brownie recipe with me, please? Or other ideas that I could do that fit the bill. I'll be ever so grateful! Thanks in advance.
