Healthy pear puddingns

Normally I'd make a crumble/pie/tart/self saucing pear choc pudding or somesuch...but trying to lose the baby weight (6 weeks pp now so need to start making an effort!) but still want puddings so am going for healthy fruity options, and have a ridiculous amount of pears at the moment! Any suggestions welcome!

pears in red wine?

6 weeks pp is nothing. Really nothing. Don't beat yourself up about. However your baby arrived, your body went through a massive trauma six weeks ago. I'm guessing you're probably sleep deprived? Honestly: be gentle with yourself! Anyway, that wasn't your question.

We like finely grated pear stirred through Greek yoghurt with a generous spoon of ground almonds. Delicious. It's a pretty good afternoon snack as well as a pudding :-)

Also, some sort of overnight oats with the pears grated in place if Apple might be nice. More breakfast rather than pud but would help use up your glut.

I like baked or stewed fruit - either with greek yoghurt which is nice and creamy or with custard

Pears poached in orange juice with a spoon of redcurrant jelly stirred in.
Poached pears set in sugar free jelly.

Pear Belle Helene is a favourite of mine, but probably not quite what you are looking for. Smile
