What stock do you use in your soup?

I'm always making soup and always used Tesco vegetable stock cubes but I'd quite like to try something new! Any recommendations?

I always use Knorr vegetable stock pot.

Making a pot of soup as we speak. I used one veg stock cube, one chicken stock cube and a tiny bit of bouillon
