Pork casserole- what to add

Hello I'd love your ideas please! I made a basic pork casserole and put it in the freezer. I'm eating it tonight but want to add to it to make it nicer... it's got pork, onion, parsnip, dried sage, cooked in cider and bit of stock I think. Could I add creme fraiche after I've reheated? Anything other suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Some apple slices?
I'd mix mustard into the sauce, wholegrain, probably a dollop of creme fraiche too.

Good idea with the apple- might slice it nice and thinly then add. And I'll do mustard and creme fraiche
Thank you!

I often add some type of white bean to a pork casserole ,the giant butter beans are lovely

dried apricots?

Great ideas. I like the white bean idea as it's a healthy and cheap way of bulking it out. I added creme fraiche and mustard, and dd3 was licking the plate clean so it was a success.
