Boring boring mince

Howdy! We are moving house soon so I have a mission to use up everything in my freezer.
Today's challenge... minced beef.
I am tired of lasagne/Bolognese/cottage pie.
Anyone have any exciting recipes for boring mince?

I use beef not lamb mince as the family prefer it!

Make burgers and meat balls.

Or make taco spiced mince then layer in a dish with salsa, tortilla wraps and cheese and bake until bubbling. Good sliced into wedges with sour cream and guacamole and salad

I'm making Nigella's Meatzza tonight with minced beef. Still haven't decided if its a genius idea or a mistake!

I'd make meat balls and either have them in pitta bread or with spaghetti. With lots of chilli.

Meatball subs with wedges. Make a thickish marinara sauce, sub rolls, melted cheese, sour creammmmmmm

Keema curry with lots of ginger and peas.
