Can you cook with Quorn and then freeze it again?

I used Quorn mince to make spag bol this week. When I use beef mince I always cook a big batch and freeze enough for another meal. I did this with the Quorn but noticed a lot of dark juice in the bottom of the plastic container before I froze it. Will this be ok to reheat and just mix in again?
TIA

I'd say yes. Used to do it all the time when veggy and I'm not dead yet.

Just reheat from frozen to piping hot and allow to cool to an edible temperature
