Yorkshire Pudds ... dont have oil only butter is this ok???

Butter will probably burn.

You need oil with a high smoking point as it needs to be soooo hot.

Rape seed or groundnut oil.

Ah I jave some olive oil in the cupboard...any good?

Can't say I've ever tried it with olive oil.

Make sure you open the windows...

Olive oil is fine. I cook mine with olive oil and never had a problem.

Butter will burn and taste awful

Just grease your tins with the butter but don't heat the tins as you normally would just put the batter straight in will be ok.
