What to do with duck breast that isn't fruity?

As in no cherry or orange sauces.

Got two packs from Lidl and don't know what to do with them.

Jamie Oliver 15 minute meals has a great slightly spicy duck recipe with hoisin sauce and noodles

Flambé
Stir Fry

Poach gently, with cranberry or red currant sauce to go with, on bed if carrot mash with greens, or bed of puy lentils with veg.

Slice them, dust with flour and a good bit of 5-spice powder, fry and serve with noodles, stir fry etc. Or salad.

This is a very nice duck recipe. I serve it with potato Boulanger usually.

Roast and serve with creamy mustard sauce and celeriac mash.

Roast, and when cold slice thinly and serve on a bed of winter salad leaves with horseradish sauce to dip.

Use any leftovers in duck noodle soup.

Slice thickly and cook with sausages and haricot beans in a cassoulet style stew.

I ended up frying them with five spice and serving with noodles and veg which was lovely.

I have to say the ones from Lidl were excellent, much larger than I expected. We'll have them again.
