So me and the family have decided to give up all chicks, crisps, sweets and ice cream for lent. Coinciding with this I want to up their fruit and veg.
Tonight we are having lasagne (mince beef, onions, peppers, mushrooms, celery and cheese) and salad (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, red onion and sweet corn). I need ideas as to any other fruit/veg that could be added to meals like this please?
