I normally make small thick little pancakes
I think they may be like drop scones but with no sugar
I think - but not sure - that the recipie was in a book called feeding kids by net mums

Does anyone have this recipe please ??
I guess have given the book to someone who has forgotten to return ...
thanks

I make these for the kids for breakfast but, rather unhelpfully, I don't have any measurements. For three children I use two eggs, a big dollop of Greek yoghurt, probably three heaped dessertspoons of plain flour, half a tsp of bicarb, large knob of melted butter and a splash of milk or water to make it the right consistency, which is just thick enough to hold its shape in the pan. You don't need to use oil or butter to fry them if you have a non stick pan.
