DP suggested salad but it's too cold for just leaves this week! I was thinking a warm potato and green bean salad, but maybe that's too carb-heavy... Pancakes will be filled with ham and cheese and then we'll have nutella (for DP & DD) and lemon/sugar (for me) for pudding.
Alternatively, I could do a more substantial savoury filling - maybe sweet potato and feta?
