the recipe I use is 200ml milk, 50 ml water, and I only ever have semi skimmed milk so I'd give it a go with 250 skimmed if that was all I had and I needed yorkies! :o

Salt.

they look lovely!

I use 2 eggs, 200ml milk, 50ml water, 100g strong or plain flour. If we are having yorkshires, I always make the batter after breakfast and just let it sit. My mum always did.

That makes six really really big ones or 12 big ones. I use muffin tins.

for the longest time Yorkshires were my nemesis, (and I can make anything!!) but past few years I seem to have the gift. :o

MooMooTheFirst · 26/02/2017 15:07

I use 55ml water
75ml milk
I egg
75g flour

It's always semi skimmed because that's what we drink and they always turn out lovely! Same for toad in the hole too
