Will they keep

I'm hosting people tomorrow night and planning to make choc mousse and cheesecake for pudding. If I make them tonight, will they keep for tomorrow night?

I think it probably depends on the recipe. Does it say? I have a chocolate mousse recipe that definitely doesn't taste as good the next day, but some you would need to make well in advance to allow them time to set.

Is the cheesecake a baked one?

Thanks for responding - the mousse is just eggs, chocolate, sugar and water. The cheesecake is a no bake one with cream cheese.

Cheesecake will definately be fine - just 2 of us here so if I do a cheesecake we eat over 3 days. Not sure on the mousse.
