Help with prosecco and strawberry/raspberry cake recipe

I'm making a cake for a friend and want it to be pink and contain prosecco and strawberries or raspberries. It needs to be strong enough to cover with fondant.I want to use frozen berries or jam as they are out of season.

So I could add prosecco to my normal recipe with a berry puree incorporated in the buttercream. Expect it won't be pink and I think the prosecco flavour will be lost in the cake.

Or berries in the cake and prosecco in the buttercream. I attempted a raspberry cake using frozen raspberries pureed into a syrup and mixed through the batter but it really didn't taste good.

Does anyone have any other ideas please? Thanks

You could make a basic sponge and then add fresh raspberries, push them in when the mixture is in the cake tin.

Add prosecco favour, you can get it from Lakeland, to the butter cream. You can also buy raspberry sugar glitter to decorate the frosting.

If you want a part of it to be pink, use pink colouring.
