Friday night - what you having?

Looking for inspiration for tonight - anything will do but we had pasta last night and my suggestion of fish pie wasn't met with enthusiasm.

2 adults and 1 strapping 16 year old boy

Probably a cheese sandwich but I a) live on my own and b) am working a night shift tonight, my last of 4 so cooking seems like too much of a faff.

How about chilli jacket spuds with some nachos?

We have jacket spuds and I was fancying chilli - good shout!

Hm pizza on tortillas

Thai yellow curry with veggies and quorn "chicken".

We're having sirloin steak (medium rare)
With buttery crushed New potatoes,fine green beans and a peppercorn sauce.

Sausage plait for us, massive homemade sausage roll with plaited pastry top. With sweetcorn cobs & salad. It's cheap & filling and I have an enormous 14 year old to fill.

We're having paneer makhani from Fresh India, with lemon spiced rice.

Dp is making mixed veggie fajitas with salsa, sour cream and cheese.

Butter chicken curry

I called in M+S yesterday as they were reducing things and picked up some reduced haddock fillets (in batter) they were literally a few pence
Sounds were having those with home made chips, Mushy peas and the dc will have parsley sauce because they love the damn stuff

Another steak here. We're having rib eye with green beans sauteed in butter with garlic.

Egg and left over pulled pork fried rice a d spring rolls. Yum!

Ooh fueledbybacon rib eye is my favourite.
I may have to jazz my green beans up tonight.yours sound delicious.I normally just steam mine.

Surf and turf with chips, mushrooms and peas! Small steaks with some scampi on the side.

Inspiration needed here too. Two adults, one teen and one off colour preteen.

We're having bangers and mash with veggies and onion gravy tonight

I've done a 180 and we're having tapas! DP suggested it and I've gone wild - squid, meatballs, chicken, prawns and potatoes. Wish me luck getting it all ready on time...
