Tins of carnation

I have an old recipe for caramel slices and it calls for "a small tin of condensed milk" well i can only find one size, so is this what used to be a small tin or what used to be a large tin or is it a medium tin?

That's what used to be a large tin-I have an old recipe that also states a small tin, and I have to double up the ingredients
