Hosting 3 French students - 2 don't eat meat

We've hosting 3 French students next week & have just been advised that 2 of them don't eat meat.....we'd made spag bol & casserole in advance so now have to rethink menu plan!

As I have a toddler & baby I really need simple ideas which I can make in advance & freeze as the students will come home just after bathtime...

Was thinking of macaroni cheese & pasta with a tomato sauce - but can anyone come up with some other cheap ideas....

veggie chilli with rice or jacket potatoes
vegetable lasagne
birds eye vegetable fingers and chips
ratatoille

this looks yummy with salad

shepherdess pie

fish pie (do they eat fish??)

toad in the hole but with vegie sausages?

spag bol with vege mince
ditto shepherd pie

homemade pizza
jacket otatoes with salad and cheese or baked beans

veg in creamy sauce with puff pastry crust

chick pea patties with rice and curry sauce

oh these are flying in thick & fast! I have no idea if they eat fish....when I lived in France I was veggie (no meat or fish) and really struggled. Looking at their names I think they might be Muslim - but all I've been told is no meat.
