Can I freeze milk?

I end up with too much milk and I was wondering if I could freeze an unopened bottle? Tgankd

I freeze milk but only in plastic containers.

yes if in plastic container. glass would break or blow the lid.
it's fine, takes ages to thaw though.

Yes :) we buy ours once a week (yummy non homogenised stuff from a local shop, who only get one delivery a week) and freeze most straight in the bottle. It will expand so don't stuff it in too tight into the freezer!

and it will go a weird yellow colour when frozen, but will turn milk colour again when thawed.
