I have a shiny new stand mixer, what shall I bake?

I have the Kenwood Kmix and I am in lurveee.

I am going to bake up a storm tomorrow. What shall I start with? Recipient too please!

Do you have the creaming beater? I was gobsmacked at how quickly that thing combined a bog standard all in one Victoria sponge batter. It takes literally seconds.

Otherwise I use mine mostly for bread. I love it and stroke it often.
