Ermm... Hugh Fearnley W's River Cottage Light and Easy and or Veg Every Day. Just cooking with less heavy proteins (more fish) using good olive oil in your dressings with lemon rather than vinegar. Lots of veg and salads.

Also using light olive oil in cooking (Though not frying with it).
