It's a baked 'breakfast loaf'. I want to be able to cut it into slices and freeze it. What do you think? TIA.

Can I freeze this?

Yes I would think so, are the raspberries supposed to be fresh? They might run a bit, if you don't have to sieve them to get rid of the liquid, even if you didn't freeze it. I find that things freeze well if you don't freeze them for too long Grin

In my experience raspberries turn to mush when you freeze a cake with them in. I don't think it would work all that well.

You could make it without the raspberries and eat it with fresh ones?

Thank you both. I might try to freeze a couple of slices only and see how they go. I appreciate the replies.

I thought I posted another reply to you but didn't Blush I did say to make sure the container is tightly closed, labelled properly and don't fill it up to the top because it will expand when frozen. No doubt you know these things but it's easy to forget!

I didn't know that re the expanding ppeat so thank you!
