I made a delicious leek and potato soup on Thursday and is given me the urge to make more and stick them in the freezer.
Recipes I have so far are:
Leek and potato
Tomato and red lentil
Pear and sweet potato
I love mushroom soup but have discovered it doesn't freeze very well - has anyone managed to freeze it successfully?
I made loads last year but can't find my recipes!
