Hi all
My DS is a fussy eater. I want to do more cooking of savoury foods with him to encourage his interaction with food he does not currently eat.

Please give me your simple ideas to get him involved! We bake lots and made bread recently which he loved.

Look forward to some ideas!

Last night I made stir fry with dd age 2. She smelt all of the herbs etc and decided what she would pour into her chicken and stirred it. She also put the chopped veg into piles (she doesn't like mixed food) and ate quite a bit of the veg in the process. She can slo break mushrooms into peices and pod peas where needed

Savoury muffins like these

If you've done bread- could you do pizza? Let them choose their toppings and decorate.

These mince beef pinwheels are fun and easy

But you could do any filling using the same idea- cheese and tomato, ham and cheese, Nutella etc

Again, on bread / pizza theme how about calzones?
