What to make with cabbage and leek stir fry?

So I've bought a cabbage and leek stir fry pack from tesco and now I'm wondering what to make with it? Does anyone use this or have any ideas?

Add mash and make bubble & squeak.

Add chicken cubes and serve up!

Bubble and squeak is a fab idea! I've never actually made it before.

Varya do you mean just oxo cubes and eat it on its own? Or literally cubes of chicken?

Bacon goes really nice with leek and cabbage!
