Don't normally like fruit cake (Unless it is Saint Delia's Creole Christmas cake -which sadly Mum not alive to make for me any more) but my dear friend gave me a slab when I came back fromVietnam after Christmas. It was very rich in fruit and nuts. Lovely (A bit too sweet if I am honest and should not really be eating it but what the hell....!)
