Need some dinner ideas please!!

I'm so bored with the same meals every week and need some inspiration to mix it up!
The only thing I don't eat is fish.

I love Italian food if anyone has any good recipes?GrinWine

I posted these (&,a few fish dishes that I've removed) on another thread yesterday, I've stuck a couple of Italian dishes on the bottom but will come back with some more
BNS Falafel and pita
Pan fried Gnocchi with spicy Tomato and chorizo sauce
Roast gammon in sticky pineapple sauce
Sweet potato, red pepper and chickpea tagine with cous cous
Stir fry with sweet chilli chicken and cashews
5 bean chilli with rice, left overs made into quasedillas
Chicken fajitas
Home made pizzas
Puff pastry slice with roasted veg and pesto
Lemon and pepper chicken skewers, HM flat breads with salad and ham coleslaw
Cauliflower, BNS and courgette biryanis
Roast chicken, roast pots, hm stuffing, broccoli, carrots, green beans and baby corn
Stilton stuffed mushrooms
Vegetable lasagne
Spiralised courgette with tomato and bacon sauce
Veggi toad is n the hole with beans
Pasta arabiata
Penne with BNS and pancetta (JO recipe)

Pizza - it sounds boring but you can make such an array of different flavours that it can be so varied!

Probably a bit more simple here, I'm not that brilliant a cook.

How about toad in the hole with veg and gravy or Spanish omelette and salad. DD goes nuts for jambalaya too Smile

If you don't eat fish then your are missing out on a whole food group. Fish dishes are very easy to prepare and taste fantastic. Just fry some salmon steaks and have it with pasta and a salad. Healthy and delicious!!
