I'm trying to come up with cheap, quick and simple healthy breakfasts I can take to work with my. At the moment I take some cereal in a Tupperware and eat it at work. Can I make a 5 day batch of milkshake (eh with spinach, blueberries, banana in ) and freeze it for the week in any way?!

Milkshake is fine to freeze, you can buy freezer safe bottles/reusable pouches.
Another option is to freeze in an ice cube tray. Once frozen you can store the cubes in a bag in the freezer and then the night before just fill your bottle with the milkshake cubes and leave in the fridge overnight to defrost.

Thank you for that. I wasn't sure if the milkshake would separate etc but I'll give it a go!
