Can anyone suggest some healthy snacks for after school? I have just started DD1 in a couple of activities after-school so i need to think of some snacks to keep her going until we get home for tea at 5.30pm.
She is a slim, tall and active 6 yr who never seems to eat enough (unless it is covered in sugar but I am not just giving her lots of biscuits as much as she wants them! ). I'll have to give the same snack to DD2 as well and she only 2 yrs old, is nowhere near as active and eats everything that is put in front of her!
So far I can think of a banana - any other ideas?
