Using pickled cherry peppers in recipes

Do you have any delicious recipes using pickled cherry peppers? I bought a kilo off the supermarket deli counter for £1.50 today! Too good a bargain to pass up, but now what to do with them??
I'm going to create something tonight using them, pork mince, aubergines and lots of paprika and garlic.
please share your favourite ways to use them!

Yes! I'm doing that too, but even I can't eat a kilo!!

I imagine they'd be nice as an extra layer in a lasagne?

Lovely on pizza. With black olives, salami & rocket.
Stuff with cooking chorizo (add cheese if you like) and bake, scoff in front of TV with red wine
Chop and stir through cream cheese, eat on toast/baked potato/bagel.
Add piquancy to a toasted cheese sandwich.
Make a salad with roast chicken and pineapple.

Thank you for all your suggestions. I really like the stuffed with chorizo idea - in fact, think that might be a plan for this evening!
