Hi all,
It's my sons first birthday soon and I've ordered a number 1 cake tin to make him a special cake. I am going to do a simple chocolate cake mixture but how on earth do I know how much mixture to make. The tin says its 1.4 litres (silicon tin)
Also any tips on decorating? Would you split the cake and put a filling inside or just butter cream or ganache on the top?
