Parma ham use by date

I have a recipe for tonight using Parma ham. Just noticed that the 'use by' date is 30 Jan. Packet is sealed and hasn't been opened. Will this be ok to use or should I chuck it? Thanks in advance.

I'd still use it, Parma ham has a long shelf life so a few days over wouldn't bother me,especially as you are going to cook it.

Thanks, I guess you realised that I meant 30 Dec....

It's cured so it will be fine.

It's cured anyway, I'd def use it.

Thanks all, I'll go for it. I was going to initially but DH was doubtful so I thought I'd seek some sensible advice Smile
