A good beef gravy concentrate?

Sorry if this has been dealt with but I am desperate to find a replacement for what I thought was an excellent product which has been discontinued... it was called 'Beef Stock a rich, natural concentrate' and marketed with the MasterChef label and logo. It came in 170g plastic tubs.
I absolutely hate most of the 'gravy' products that taste gloopy or of doubtful origins with added thickeners! Please do not try to convince me that any of the commonly found supermarket granules may satisfy... I have tried most and they do not! I have found various recipes on the net that involve getting bones of various origins from a butcher and roasting them down but I am a widower of limited cooking abilities!!
Any help/recommendations would be gratefully received.

sorry we use bisto and its worked from before I can remember.adding a spoon of marmite too!
if you use both the bisto granules and the powder(has thethickener in it) it works better too.
if its for a rast we always use the meat pan too or what you've cooked potatos in.stick it on the hob,pour in your granules and powder and hot water and let it bubble into lovely gravy scraping and mixing the pan juices in as you go.
always use the water from the veggies or potatos.

Essential Cuisine Beef Stock is very good. My friend is a chef in a very good restaurant, and it's what they use. It also comes in a glace version which is paste rather than powder.
