Left over ham

Help me use up the ham! In need of recipes and ideas please.
I bought a ready cooked roast ham from m&s for lunch with friends yesterday but it hardly got touched. It's been opened so needs eating. No bone so not great for stock.

Pasta pesto with ham. Cook pasta, mix in a tub of nice pesto, splash of cream and chopped ham. Ta-dah!
Or Delia Smith's macaroni with leeks and bacon which is also delicious. Oh and apparently it freezes well which I had planned on doing but instead the family have overdosed on pasta pesto

Pasta carbonara
Make a cheese sauce, stir in chopped ham any left over veg such as leeks, peas, broccoli, use to fill pancakes or large vol aux vents
