I'm at PIL till the 2nd and have got some nice light meals planned for after that... Thank god.

Monday: soup and roll
Tuesday: hallumi and minted pea salad
Wednesday: veggie curry
Thursday: pesto and goats cheese risotto with salad
Friday: going to a birthday drinks thing so probably crisps...

I wish I could agree but I am trying to pass the world record for most pigs in blankets eaten in one sitting....

As always last your week sounds delicious! I haven't planned far as I've got new cookbooks coming and am sure to change when they arrive, but so far-

Today- Indian feast- Bajis, squash kebabs, Goan potato curry, and something with paneer

Tomorrow- rostis with fried eggs for brunch, and then a roast dinner early evening - I want to make a whole roast cauli and dh wouldn't countenance the idea at Christmas so I'm wheeling it out now :)

tuscan bean soup, which is more like a hearty veggie stew, for most of next week with possibly beans and mushrooms as an alternative. Love the soup though and make up a large amount then don't have to cook for a few days

Done mine trying to keep it a bit lighter this week
Today: left overs/gin

Saturday: turkey and ham pie filling with crusty bread (it's a leftover Christmas pie from the freezer and I can't be bothered with pastry today!)
Sunday: roast chicken dinner
Monday: spicy chicken and veggie wraps with leftover chicken
Tuesday: lentil ragu with spaghetti
Wednesday: beef and potato stew
Thursday: chicken sausage wraps with roasted veg

Lunches: couscous salads, frittata and wraps

We're still too meat heavy in our house but aiming to improve this over the next few weeks. All veggie/fish meal inspiration gratefully received!
