I think I fancy a steak pie for NY day, to serve 5/6 people.
I need to be prepared to not feel like cooking.
Does anyone have a good recipe where the filling is made the day before and just topped with ready made pastry and baked on the day? Actually, pastry all round would be even lovelier but tricker I find?
I think I'd be able to rustle that up with some spuds and veg.
