Lunch ideas please

Please can you share with me your lunch ideas? I've fallen into a bit of a rut with usual soup/ sandwiches/ pizza/ oatcakes/ jacket pots combo for DD's weekend lunches.
She's 2.8 and at nursery for 4 days so after quick and easy ideas for the weekend. Happy to cook in advance if needed but just need inspiration!

my DGS loves couscous , and I do this for him
while the couscous is cooking , I fry fine sliced shallots gently in a pan, along with halved cherry tomatoes , maybe a handful of frozen peas or tinned tuna for a change Mix thoroughly altogether with the couscous - makes a sort of warm salad.

Eggs? Omelettes, dippy egg and soldiers, scrambled on toast.
Anything on toast actually beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, cheese, spaghetti hoops, avocado.
Tuna pasta
Falafels and pitta
Houmous, breadsticks, crudités
Baked sweet potato with topping (coleslaw, beans, tuna etc)
Savoury pancakes with filling
