DH has made oxtail stew in his new slow cooker.
Not many left overs as I have a hoard of young adults. About to make veggie soup, to be eaten with stale bread and too much cheese.

We were out for Xmas dinner so no leftovers either

We're having fish today (I have chilli salmon, kids have cod fillets)
Out to eat tomorrow after Panto, kids want Italian
Tacos Thursday

...that's all I got! It is such a wierd week I'm sure I'll make the rest up with takeaways and meals at other people's houses Grin

We're having stir fry....it's got everything in it including the rest of the packet of sprouts. When I say everything I do mean anything over/on it's use by date that wasn't eaten over Christmas. I don't think I will put chocolate in this year though Xmas Blush

Strepsils but husband will be having left overs

BonesyBones · 27/12/2016 12:18

I've made a pie with leftover roast beef for tonight, will do the rest of the party food from the freezer tomorrow and just let the kids pick at it, not really sure about the rest of the week yet.

Home made cockaleekie soup (left over turkey) and those part baked baguettes you shove in the oven for 10 minutes. Very lazy comfort food here. Trying to work out how long we can go without a supermarket trip!

today - bubble and squeak, portobello mushrooms with garlic butter black pudding
tomorrow - rehashed christmas dinner (daughters left overs !)
Thursday - pasta with home made tomato and veg sauce
Friday - fish, new potatoes and sprouting broccoli or kale
erm ,after that, no idea
All liberally interspersed with mince pies/christmas cake /baklava/panetonne Grin

Today - cold meats, salads, pickles, baked potatoes
Weds - mango and chilli cod, broccoli and sweet potato wedges
Thurs - pasta bake, topped with some of the left over cheese
Fri - veg and bean crumble
Sat- either bns falafel and pitta or some kind of frittata
Normally I stick to roasts on Sundays but I'm going to see how it goes, we may be a bit roasted out!
Lunches will be using up leftovers in anyway pos!
