Give me your best slow cooker recipes please

Just as the title says- got slow cooker for Xmas, he does listen to me ;) and looking forward to some healthy, heart and different to the bog standard TIA

Look online. We like the Riko's brisket recipe on allrecipe.co.uk and the pork carnitas (pulled pork) on the same site.

The Slimming World pulled pork recipe is delicious. Ignore the fact it's a SW one, I've served it up numerous times in different situations and is always gone down a storm. The fact it's low fat is a bonus.
