Who does a good cranberry sauce?

By that I mean zingy and not super sweet. I nearly bought one on impulse in M&S but thought I'd check with the good folk on Mumsnet before buying. TIA.

I make one too. It's really simple. I think it's s Waitrose recipe that I use.

Thanks you've all inspired me and I bought a pack of fresh cranberries. I fancy the look of the Nigel Slater recipe so will give that a go.

I always do Delia's one. I think it's called Cranberry and Orange relish.

I use 987s recipe. Makes loads, which I batch freeze.
