What can I fill my oatcake shells with?

I bought a couple of packs of small oatcake shells thinking I would fill them with cream cheese and smoked salmon as part of my Christmas Eve buffet. However, now I look at everything I have bought I realise that it is very seafood 'heavy' so I am wondering what else to fill the shells with. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks.

Some of the ideas here www.nairns-oatcakes.com/recipes/toppings might work?

Pesto, olives and mozzarella

Gorgonzola and apple slices

Pate and pickle

Thanks both. Who knew there was a web page for this fairly specific question!

Thanks for these suggestions. Really like the thought of coronation chicken so will probably give that a go.

Coronation chicken is always a winner on a buffet! Xmas Smile

I mentioned on another thread Coronation Chickpeas! I had them on a buffet recently and they were fantastic. Great if you have any veggie guests. I'm a meat eater and loved them.
