Can I freeze stir fry?

Does anyone know if i can freeze stir fry. I cooked it last night, the sauce is a jar which says safe to freeze and the chicken should be fine its just the veg??
Was going to eat it tonight but have been invited out

no i wouldnt freeze it. maybe the sauce but not leftovers

I would say keep in the fridge for tomorrow. Freezing is generally recommended to be done asap after cooking, ie. the same day you cook something. So leaving it 24hrs and then freezing isn't ideal. But 48hrs in the fridge is probably fine.
It's all about bacteria, which will have been growing since yesterday, and will get frozen, but then woken up again when you defrost.
