Christmas Eve buffet?

I'm hosting a group of friends on Christmas Eve, there will be 9 of us and I want to do a nice buffet. Problem is that there will be non-pork eaters so no ham/gammon etc and I'm pulling a blank! Although almost certainly making a Yule log for dessert...

You can buy Turkish salami/ham made from beef, there are online shops and I have seen them in supermarkets too - some are nicer than others so try before buying loads.

Pastrami is also another good substitute for ham, you can even have a go at making it at home;

Chicken is also another good substitute for ham, either carved or sliced ones.

You can also get beef sausages from most supermarkets.

How about adding some dips, guacamole, hummus, Salsa or chunky italian dip, Tzatziki. I quite like pasta/tomato/pepper, parsley salad too but prefer to cut back on pasta a bit in favour of veg.

This Brie & cranberry puff pastry tart is festive and really simple to do.

Thanks - so many lovely ideas, think we are going for a side of salmon and lots of tapas/Mediterranean style dishes...can't wait!
